This module is ideal for HR Managers, Recruiters or Instructors who administer tests.  This module enables you to create and manage how skills assessments are created and posted.  The system has two types of assessments; Multiple-Choice Assessments and Simulation-Based Assessments.  Multiple-Choice Assessments are dynamic and the System And Sub-Administrators can create these.  Simulation-Based assessments are created by us and can be programmed in any desktop or web-based application. You can create Live Assessments, Pre-Evaluation Assessments or Practice Assessments. The system comes with over 200 assessment templates to choose from. After trainings are posted they can be linked to system created skills assessment tests which can also be deployed when a training session is completed.  Additionally, you can create events for external trainings that are not related to the system.
